[ Once she'd gotten over the initial anxiety of what it was she actually had to do, Mira took well... ish... to her duties. She's definitely been training hard, harder than she'd ever even thought about. And traveling to other worlds? That's a pretty amazing prospect, too. Until today, she hasn't actually traveled much of anywhere; try as they might to hide it, she knows everyone else is pretty worried about her and whether she can handle herself out there.
The worlds are dangerous, filled with Heartless and enemies, after all.
It had taken a lot of reassuring, a lot of coaxing, but the Guardians had finally allowed her to go out on her own. As it turns out, she's pretty sold on the whole "freedom" thing. Most of her time in Skyrim has been spent exploring, and there's a lot to explore. Little surprise that she's so distracted by everything that she kind of runs right into someone.
She lets out a soft oof and stumbles back. Luckily, she manages not to fall on her butt like a complete doofus. ]
Ah-- I'm really sorry! I should've been watching where I was going...
[ Where the young lady is distracted, Elios is paying every bit of attention.
For what feels like an incredibly long time, he's been watching her -- always from afar, always with the utmost consideration for where she happens to be looking. He's never more than a background person, really. Observing her with every bit of scrutiny and wonder like, he feels like a moth drawn to the flame. She's pure beauty, unlike anything his eyes have ever so much as glimpsed at, and she's going to be his.
Elios is carefully and intentionally the vision of "innocence" -- book in hand, eyes resting on the page (without actually looking at the words, and with and his target perfectly placed in his peripheral view)...
The moment in which their bodies slam together, his hand hurriedly reaches for her upper arm, purposefully dropping the book to do so. A look of carefully placed worry is written on his face as he makes a point to ensure she's steady on her feet. ] Woah!
[ A bright and relieved smile is flashed as he shakes his head, hand lowering to his side as he lets out a quiet chuckle. ] Well, that... makes two of us. At least you weren't the idiot who was trying to read while walking, but... at least nobody was hurt?
[ If he's been following her, he'd notice the little acts of kindness she gave out: A loaf of bread to someone who had no coin, an errand for a shopkeeper swamped with too much to do, a little girl who lost her cat. It's not the money she's after, and Elios would have noticed too that she turned down any money anyone tried to give her.
She's able to get by with a well-aimed spell or two at a monster--never an animal--and searching their bodies for coin. Honestly, it freaks her out, but she doesn't want to take anyone's money wben they're already strapped for it.
But back to the meeting. Mira tenses for half a second when his hand closes around her arm, but she realizes it's only so he can steady her. Huh. Mira manages to regain her footing, her cheeks warming over with embarrassment. ]
No, no, you're fine, really! [ The book catches her eye, and she looks back up at him with a smile. ] I can't get mad at anyone who's caught in a good book.
[ And it's true: She's more curious than anything, and he's... Wow, he's really good-looking. Okay. She absolutely has to play it cool at the risk of looking like a complete idiot in front of a handsome stranger. ]

Incidentally, there's something special about her; she's so very... innocent -- an air of naiveté practically surrounds her. At the very least, it's clear that she's new to this particular area. Perhaps... someone should show her around. While he most certainly isn't the type to leap at the "opportunity" to help another person, that kind of scenario is ideal for procuring information about someone. Cue him approaching her from the side that's opposite to where she's looking.

What book is that, anyway?
